All orders are sent out on the same day or the next day. If you place your order on the weekend then it will be sent out on the Monday.
All parcels are sent out by Royal Mail and are tracked.

RETURNS
Returning unopened and unwanted items is easy. Just contact our customer support team here within 14 days of receiving your order or by sending us an email to info@strongbynature.co.uk. We will give you the appropriate address to return your items. Easy as that.
